Recently in April 2021, Nouvus Build converted a house into two residential self-contained house. The success of project took place by splitting a large house into a five bedrooms HMO which means House of Multiple Occupants and one bed maisonette flat as per approved plan.
Scope of work;
- Install a new Dormer loft conversion
- Create a separate entrance, Ground work, Render, Plasterboard, Skimming and floor Painting

- Install new kitchen
- Remove old Flooring and replace with new flooring
- Install new bathroom x 5
- Install new door with complete frame
- Stairs Supply and install
- Supply and fit Carpet on the floor

- Remove bedroom and Bathroom partition walls, Remove kitchen and remove all existing floorings
- Remove/adjust load bearing wall and install RSJ and repair all the walls
