Conversion of house into 1no 4 bedroom and 1 no 1 bedroom dwellings under the Building Regulation 12(6A) 

Recently in April 2021, Nouvus Build converted a house into two residential self-contained house. The success of project took place by splitting a large house into a five bedrooms HMO which means House of Multiple Occupants and one bed maisonette flat as per approved plan.   

Scope of work; 

  1. Install a new Dormer loft conversion 
  2. Create a separate entrance, Ground work, Render, Plasterboard, Skimming and floor Painting 
  3. Create a separate entrance, Ground work, Render, Plasterboard, Skimming and floor Painting 
  4. Install new kitchen 
  5. Remove old Flooring and replace with new flooring 
  6. Install new bathroom x 5 
  7. Install new door with complete frame 
  8. Stairs Supply and install 
  9. Supply and fit Carpet on the floor 
  10. Install new flooring 
  11. Remove bedroom and Bathroom partition walls, Remove kitchen and remove all existing floorings 
  12. Remove/adjust load bearing wall and install RSJ and repair all the walls 
  13. Install new Kitchen x 2 
  14. New flooring 72sqm 
  15. New carpet for stairs 
  16. Remove Kitchen and flooring 
  17. Install new flooring 72sqm 
  18. Block off the wall using fire rated insulation by the stairs 
  19. Remove existing bathroom and install new 
  20. install new door with complete frame 
  21. Install new flooring 72sqm 
  22. Block off the wall using fire rated insulation by the stairs 
  23. Install new bathroom 
  24. Carpet for Stairs 
  25. Complete Electric (First Fix) (HOUSE 120A & 120B)
