The New North Road is a Road located in the Northern Central London which forms the part of a link road from Highbury to the Moorgate, the City of London. The length of the road is about 1.3 kilometers or 0.8 miles. The link road contains the Canonbury Road and New North Road before some smaller sections to the south which leads towards the city. The part of this link starts from the Essex Road crossroad London Borough Islington. New North Road continues in a south-easterly direction while the Canonbury Road enters from the North-West. The New North Road continues towards the south-east. After passing the Shoreditch Park it crosses into the London Borough of Hackney. Before the ending point of New North Road, a link road continues shortly becoming the East Road for a short distance. It ends just before of meeting up with City Road which is near the Moorfields Eye Hospital and Old Street Station.
