Nouvus Build were appointed by the landlord to carry out dilapidations works of a 5,000 sq. ft office space across two floors in the heart of Covent Garden. We reinstated the floors as per the schedule of works 1 week ahead of the expected handover date! Following a successful project, we were then introduced to the new tenants, showing them the quality of work Nouvus carry out on a day-to-day basis.

 

We pitched towards the client, amplifying our personalised approach and were awarded a full fitout contract, comprising of 3 meeting rooms, a breakout staff area, and a classroom style course teaching rooms with a distinct colour theme throughout, portraying the company’s branding. From an initial concept and a proposed plan, we created CGI drawings to help the client envision how they can make the most out of their new, flexible working space, creating a warm and welcoming space for their clients.

 

Throughout the 8-week programme, Nouvus were available on hand through various design changes, adapting quickly to the client’s needs and expectations. From partitioning and feature walls, to a new kitchenette and furniture, Nouvus can do it all.
