From a CAT A ready space, to a fully fitted office space, Nouvus Build carried out the successful fitout of the 3rd floor of an iconic building in the heart of London. We were appointed for the full turnkey design and build contract for an established client, to create a largely open plan workstations and office space, creative space. The client was particularly interested in creating a space to welcome both staff and clients back into the office.

 

We worked with the client during the design phase, working with the client’s chosen architect, whilst implementing our design team to ensure that finishes and specifications met the lead times as per the project programme. We assisted the client to ensure that they can reach maximum efficiency throughout, ensuring that the space was fully flexible for a plug and play, clean system.

 

Following the successful project, the client is already looking for a second space and has pre-appointed Nouvus to carry out the full design and build of their new office space, expected to commence in Mid 2023.
