In August 2021, Nouvus Build started a project where a commercial property needed to be converted into residential flats and the compliant with all the building regulations needed to be fixed. After a lot of dedication Nouvus Build became successful and converted the commercial property into six flats as per approved plans fixing the compliant with all the building regulations. Four flats contains one bedroom and two flat contains 2 bedroom and two bathroom.
