Conversion of house into 1no 4 bedroom and 1 no 2 bedroom dwellings The work includes any gas work subject to the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 and electrical work notifiable under the Building Regulation 12(6A) 

Nouvus Build started working on this project in December 2019, it was in a very dilapidated situation which needed external structural works and foundation program to be done. We not only fulfilled the primary requirements of the project but also separated it into two flats. One of the flats consists of four bedrooms and the other one contains two bedrooms. Even though Nouvus Build had to apply a heavy refurbishment to turn the project into a deserving reside worthy place.  

 

Scope of work; 

  1. Install a new Dormer loft conversion 
  2. Create a separate entrance, Ground work, Render, Plasterboard, Skimming and floor Painting 
  3. Install new kitchen x 2 
  4. Remove old Flooring and replace with new flooring 
  5. Install new bathroom x 6 
  6. Install new door with complete frame 
  7. Install new flooring 
  8. Remove/adjust load bearing wall and install RSJ and repair all the walls 
  9. New flooring 287sqm 
  10. New carpet for stairs 37sqm 
  11. Acoustic separation  
  12. Remove existing bathroom sanitary/plumbing  
  13. Create new demise wall for the separation of 2 flats  
  14. Complete Electric (First Fix) (Flat A & B) 
  15. Complete Electric (First Fix) (Flat A & B) 
  16. Electric (2nd fix) (HOUSE A & B) 
  17. Complete plumbing (First Fix) (Flat A & B) 
  18. Plumbing (2nd fix) (Flat A & B) 
  19. Complete Skimming (Flat A & B) 
  20. Paint work including wood work (Flat A & B) 
  21. Clean rear garden 
  22. Safety equipments (Alarms,Co2 detector, and etc)
