During the initial meeting, we will ideally meet on site with yourself and any involved parties, survey the site and discuss a brief scope of works to ascertain a clear idea of the works that are to take place. Here, we will also note your ideal timeframes and a rough idea of budget along with any other info that we need in order to meet/exceed these.

Once we have established a clear idea of what the proposed works will be, we will look to obtain existing and proposed drawings (Don’t worry if you don’t have these at hand! Nouvus have working relationships with various Design and Build companies across London and the UK and can work together to provide both elements of the project). We will then move forward to provide you with a detailed cost plan, to provide you with full project cost visibility. This will then allow you to make an informed decision of what options you would like to proceed with. Once we are happy, we will then move forward to contract administration and agreed terms!

As soon as we have sign off on our construction pack, we will then proceed to start on site and commence with the scope of works! We will provide you with weekly reports and ideas on what tasks will be complete during which timeframe.

Once we come to an end of the build works here, we will then organize for a project close site visit, where the project manager will meet you on site to walk through all areas of completed works. We will go through any minor snags and rectify these within 1–2 weeks. Once complete we will introduce you to our aftercare services team, who you can approach for any additional works or ongoing services
